Had to go up to the City today for a specialist appointment for Hubby, so thought I would take advantage of being in the right area and visited Eden Gardens.. It is a public inner city garden built in an old Quarry, on the side of Mount Eden.. one of Auckland many Volcanoes.. we walked to the top lookout and got a beautiful view of the Waitamata Harbour .. and Rangitoto Island .. another of Aucklands Volcanoes.. Mercy Hospital is the large red building and the glass roof of the Museum can be seen to the left.. a stunning day but I wish those clouds would let some rain go..
