Blueberry shots ...

Had a little 'play' with the Blue Berries I picked yesterday.. Sister Robyn and I picked nearly 10kg between us... Rob reminds me that she got the most as I spent too much time taking photo's.. ( well worth it).. So I have put most of them in the freezer to use later in making smoothies and muffins.. Have to start eating lots as some of the benefits of blueberries.. reversing age-related physical and mental declines... Clearing arteries... Enhanced memory... Preserves vision.. so here is to lots more Blueberries..
