Pohutukawa Fairy... by julzmaioro

Pohutukawa Fairy...

Early upload today as off to a Concert in the Vines.. Sol3 Mio at Villa Maria Winery.. Hope I can get some shots to share with you all..
Here is another edit of the Pohutukawa Flowers I picked yesterday and the cute little Pohutukawa
Fairy that graces our tree...
Your photo and fairy reminded me of a little childrens' book of fairies and pixies all of different flowers! I got it out to check but there is no pohutu fairy in it - its all English!

The red flower is a perfect match to the fairy's pretty dress.

The book of flower fairies by Cicely Mary Barker @maggiemae These flower fairy books were so popular when I was a child.....maggiemae too by the looks of it. Each flower had its own fairy & a poem to go with the picture! A whole new flower & it's very own fairy!

@maggiemae Yes I remember now Maggiemae they were the four seasons, I think I had a couple of them but they were very popular in their time! I haven't got any now unfortunately @julzmaioro but am sure if you google they will be listed.
