Jersey Benne's...

Today we decided to 'tickle the potatoes'.. and we were quite happy with the harvest.. My son planted two Jersey Benne potatoes in half a drum a few months back and this is the crop from one drum.. nice fresh potatoes and mint for tea tonight.. may even sneak on a little butter...

You must have butter on them. When you dig up new potatoes you could just have a meal of them on their own.
