The other day I happened to noticed this lovely dark red Hibiscus flowering.. I planted it a few years ago and soon after it became a fatality when a large tree had to be removed from the garden.. this little Hibicus was broken to pieces.. but it seems to be a survivor and has shot away and now flowering.. It is a very rich colour and a bit different than the usual Hibiscus as the centre stamen is a lot shorter than the norm so makes it easier to photograph...
