Bare Bum Baboon...

Had a day out at the Auckland Zoo with @dide today, we were on the hunt for some shots for an upcoming Camera Club topic ..The Face.. lots of interesting faces to be seen, but I do love the Baboon's serious frowny face.. their fur is amazing and looks like a feather cloack.
When we were kids we use to call them Bare Bum Baboon's and by the titter's and giggles from the children today things have not changed..

I have to admit they're not the most beautiful of creatures on earth but I say there's an intelligence behind those eyes that rises above the unique physical features. Whoever his stylist is, she's good! Amazing coat of hair. Great picture of this baboon.
