R.I.P. Marti Friedlander

Today has been a pretty traumatic day for us in New Zealand with many of us being awoken at Midnight by a 7.5 earthquake.. We live in the top 3rd of the North Island and the epicentre was in the top 3rd of the South Island .. but we had a little shaking here .. I feel for the people that have lost family ( two deaths) and had their lives disrupted with roads blocked and structule damage of their homes..
But also news today of the passing of Marti Friedlander who was a renowned New Zealand photographer, I heard an interview from her recently and I could relate to a lot of what she said.
