Matapouri Bay Sunrise...

I staying with my Sister in the North of the North Island.. She lives in a lovely seaside village of Ngunguru it is situated on an Estuary .. But this morning I decided to drive over the hill to the lovely Coastal Beach of Matapouri Bay .. It ws very quiet when I got there but as soon as the sun came up so did the 'Dog walkers' and runners.. Just after the sun rose a ribbon of fog drifted out over the bay and made a very pretty scene..

@happypat No I couldn't sleep ... but I think my camera clock is still on pre daylight saving time ... just to trick you all ... I was up at 5.30 to get to this spot on time ... always a dairy farmer with early rising ..
