Summer Stone Fruit..

I am making the most of all our delicious stone fruit before they disappear ... at the moment I have in my fruit bowl.. white necterines, plums, apricots and flatto peaches... Flatto's would have to be my favourite .. white flesh and sweet-as... closely followed by the nectertines ... New Zealand is spoilt for choice with our fresh fruit and vegetables but the stone fruit would have to be the best....

FAB still life. Stone fruit here is lovely, but I do miss the berries of the UK. (Gooseberries, red currants, blackcurrants, raspberries, loganberries etc).

@yorkshirekiwi my inlaws use to grow gooseberries .. I thought they were a bit bland .. but I do love rasberries ... but you have to mortgage your house for them ..
