This is another view out of the 'Breakfast table' window... after I returned from our walk and we were having a cuppa that I notice what looked like a Memorial Cross in the bush oppisite .. I had to ask some local knowledge as to what it was .. Mr McClutchie was a local Maori ( he must of had a Scottish Father) and must of been fairly important as he was buried quite a way up the towards the top of the hill .. In Maori tradition the more important you are the higher you are up the hill... I thought it looked very moody with the mist moving down around the hills..
I googled to see if I could get any information but just found a photo and his name .. James McClutchie http://365project.org/julzmaioro/365 My other shot from this lovely misty morning..
You've captured such drama in the weather, too.
