Bee Haven....

Today I had a day out with two of my friends to do the Sculpture Walk at the Botanical Gardens .. This is an annual event and runs for several weeks over summer.. This one was my favourite ( one I could understand) It is called Bee Haven and is by Jane Downs and made from Mild steel and plastic honey jars ( in all the empty cell in the bee hive) .. It was constructed over the gazebo that is a permanent fixture at the gardens .. The bee's would of been about 12 inches long ..
