Hats off to Ron the Coach ... Ron is the rowing girls Coach.. he is an amazing gentleman and gives up a huge amount of his time and knowledge.. He was that busy making sure that the girls were all at the start line in plenty of time and all well hydrated that he had no time to make sure he had fed himself .. That was my daughter Donna's job and got a sandwich and water for Ron .. You can see Taryn here in 4th spot in a single... she was very pleased with this race as it was a under 18 and she has only just turned 16... well on track for the National champs later in the month ..
