Tools of the past

This is another from last nights camera club for the set topic.. Still life.. I wanted something other than the usual flowers and fruit and came up with this.. An old camera of a late Aunties, film and a couple pf images from when I was little.. That's me 2nd from the right

A very sentimental shot. Now I take 100 photos and throw away most of them. Back then, I was doing a maximum of 3, but very carefully. So we reduced costs and turned off thinking.

Wonderful, the sepia tones sets this off perfectly too. We have a still life comp coming up in our camera club too

A nice sepia shot of the vintage film camera. Isn't it good to be able to take lots of shots and do experiments today without the huge costs. The discipline today is to cull ruthlessly. I'm not very good at that.
