Making Lavender Honey..

You can't visit a Lavender farm and not come away with a few shots of bee's.. They certainly were in there happy place.. I flipped this image as it just looked 'wrong'.. such a simple thing to do and makes the world of difference..

Lavender honey sounds wonderful. We have a jar of clover honey in the fridge but never tried lavender taste.
