We look out on to this hill from our dining room window so tonight with these amazing colours had to take a shot. Bird hill has been a view all my life with my family home being to the North west of this shot. Good to have some constants in your life.
Several times today I have seen some amazing cloud formations and either didn't have my camera or just in the wrong place, so I was please I was able to get the camera out in time to get this shot.
This is really great that you were finally in the right place with your camera. I have been noticing the clouds this morning and again this evening, but like you, not in a good place for taking pics.
