Have always admired this sign outside the Library, It is very large and made from steel, I guess they chose steel as we have the Steel Mill very handy and the iron sands is mined in the area..
I think this is something NZ does well. the one in Pamerston North has some Knitting on it . When I get my camera back from my lost baggage \i will post one.
