Pot luck lunch....

Made my 1st successful batch f Meringues yesterday as having a family gathering today, pretty pleased with the way they turned out... bit different than the usual and have chocolate and craisens in them....

Yummy! I have made these in the past, but only with chocolate chips! Craisens sound interesting!

They look perfect! Not brown, just a lovely cream colour and I can see the crispness!

@anazad511 @kathysview @888rachel As Dianne just pointed out you may not know what 'Pot Luck' lunch means.. kiwi tradition has it that if you want to cater for a crowd the easy way you ask people to bring pot luck.. which is a plate of food to share.. today we had a great selection of savoury and sweet and no one ever goes hungry... I should of taken a photo of the spread .. next time
