Looming... Pink for May..

The latest craze taking over the Country (NZ) and possibly the world is looming.. making wrist/ankle bands out of rubber bands.. I thought it was a tweeny age group that were into this but while out for dinner the other night big teenage boy's were busy doing it as well.. This is my two eldest granddaughters making their bands from some 'glow in the dark' rubber bands.. kept them happy for some time..

Well, we did something like this when we were young - can't remember what it was called! Keeps them creative which is so good!

Cool - I haven't seen a loom for these, but at school the other day, some kids were 'knitting' rubber bands on their fingers - they tried to teach me….. Bet the glow in the dark ones look great - nice collage of how they made them.

Ah, yes. My son is crazy for these bands, and has made me one of every colour! It's such a fun craze.
