Just a few of the photo's I took yesterday at the Field day's .. Miss Abby came with us, and was given the high viz vest as soon as she walked in the gate, and got her name and her Dad's phone number on her arm so that she would be returned quickly and safely.. It had been very wet prior as you can see from the tractor picture, they are preparing for the tractor pull competition.
A wet day indeed but you NZers are a hardy lot! Looks a fun day ....all in your gum boots. My grandson spent most of yesterday as a volunteer fireman moving fallen trees etc!
@happypat Most of the day was actually dry Pat just wet under foot,, We had to stop twice on the way through to Hamilton so as they could clear fallen tree's of the road,.. Thumbs up for your Grandson..
