I know I have been putting up quite a few images of Pohutukawa flowers lately ... but I do love them.. and as I was scrolling through my files tonight and this one just jumped out to me.. so I had to share... this cluster of flowers is just coming out.. love the silver fury buds and then the stamens pop out until the whole tree is covered... This year seems to be an extra good flowering of 'The New Zealand Christmas Tree.'
