Camoflaged Stink bug..

Like to see the artichokes in the garden but as I was taking the photo I got 'Photo Bombed' by a stink bug.. (don't know their proper name).. don't know if they can change colour or they just happen to be the same colour as artichoke's...

He has red legs.......a very pretty bug but a shame about the name poor thing! I have never grown an artichoke in fact I have never eaten one!

@happypat they let off a really bad smell if they feel threatened .,. artichoke's look better than they taste.,, pretty nondescript really..
