Crab apples

As @dide and I were travelling the Central Otago area we were seeing a lot of very colourful tree's with what looked like Crab Apples.. always in a 'bad place to stop' but I was pleased to see this bowl of them outside a café in Arrowtown.. almost tempting to have a bite but I know better than that..
