Cenotaph and Dad

I have been editing some of my Anzac photo's .. and I like this one of the local cenotaph with my Dad's Army photo over laid ..
My Dad served for his country in both Egypt and Italy and came home just before the end of the war injured.
We never heard too much about what happened while he was away but I wish I had asked a few more questions..
