When Farmer George goes to round the cows up for the afternoon milking most are near the gate and keen to get to the shed, and play 'follow the leader' down the 'race/lane'.. but there is always the 'defiant' ones that hang about the very back corners of the paddock and just have a few more mouth fulls of grass ..
This is the paddock that got baled for hay last week and pleased with the recent rain there is a bit of a green tinge coming through...
The girls go to the shed, get milked and then off to the night paddock until 4.30 tomorrow morning ..
There is always the few whether its cattle or people !! And these cows have certainly have spotted the fresh green patches - something they can not ignore !!
A busy job, being a farmer. I was reading about a book called the Secret Life of Cows, how they play hide and seek during the day, and have such personalities. What do you think? Possible?
@888rachel Haha ,, quite likely ... they do have their own personalites .. some cows are the leaders .. have to check out the book ... whos the Author..
