Tuesday's tragedy is still throwing big shadows over our lives, especially now that we know the co-pilot probably caused it on puropse. As my school had relations to the school whose people died in the crash they put the flags in front of the school on half-mast. Also we held a minute of silence in Northrhine-Westphalia today at 10.53. We were a bit too late as we had to finish our test first. But a guy in my class couldn't stop laughing because of a reason and the teacher sent him out of the room. I hate people like him, they have no sense for serious things. Luckily everyone else was respectful enough.
I can't stop thinking about it and all the things the victims will never experience now. For example I'm getting my braces removed tomorrow and I wonder if any of them wanted to get the same thing done but now they can't.
I am not sure other 14 year olds have the same thoughts but I feel it's worth it. :/
@cathieg Thanks. My school isn't even as affected as one in the neighbour city because one of the graduates' parents were in the plane. This is normally graduation celebration week but that school stopped it more or less, which I find very respectful of them :/ 50 of the victims are from my province though I didn't know any personally it's still so sad :/ @777margo@leananiemand Thanks ladies, I felt like I had to say that..
@annika82 Habt ihr auch Schweigeminute gemacht? Ich find's echt gut, dass wir das gemacht haben (auch wenns halt 7 Minuten zu spät war) und die anderen Schulen eigentlich auch. Nur ich könnte mich so über den Typen aufregen, der vorher einen Lachflash hatte und den nicht unterdrücken konnte... Kindisch hoch 28.000 -.-
@justaspark Nein eine offizielle Schweigeminute gabs bei uns nicht, aber man denkt natürlich ständig daran. Ich find es auch furchtbar, vor allem für die Angehörigen - zu wissen - dass deine Liebsten wegen so einem Vollpfosten sterben musste. Der hätte sich auch mit dem Föhn in die Wanne legen können - da muss man keine 150 Menschen mitnehmen die an ihrem Leben gehangen haben!
@annika82 Genau meine Gedanken, ich kann da irgendwie nicht aufhören dran zu denken, ich glaub die anderen sind so "ich hab jetzt ne minute nix gesagt jetzt ist gut" aber ich bin nicht so oberflächlich und deshalb beschäftigt mich das halt mega und wir fahren auch noch morgen in urlaub :/
@justaspark wir haben die letzten Tage auch pausenlos nach der Arbeit NTV und co geguckt und jeden Brennpunkt angesehen. Weil man einfach so Anteil daran nimmt .... die Sache ist so schlimm. Und 1 Tag vorher sind wir ja auch in Düsseldorf am Flughafen gewesen und das ist halt alles noch so präsent im Kopf.

@annika82 Nach paris... Zum Glück mit dem zug, sonst hätte ich irgendwie Schiss :/ Aber ich fühle mich irgendwie schlecht, wenn ich Spaß habe jetzt gerade :(
Interesting capture Jule, I think the news regarding the co-pilot has come as a shock to us all over the world. I know that many of your countrymen are grieving at this time.
@ladymagpie@joemuli Thank you - I've talked to so many of my friends and they all told me how much it affected them and how sad they found it - 13,14,15-year-old people. This is different to any other tragedy, it somehow changes everything for the moment :/
It is all so very sad and a tragic waste of life. We also think of the friends and families of those affected (including a good friend who works/flies with Lufthansa and is flying today)
@justaspark hab eine schöne Zeit - trotz allem und ich denke nicht, dass irgendwer wollen würde, dass die Welt jetzt so trauert. Klar ist es alles furchtbar, aber dein Leben hat nicht aufgehört und ich denke durch solche Tragödien merkt man erstmal wie sehr doch jeder Tag zählt. Aber ist natürlich schwer sich im Alltag daran zu halten. Also versuch es zu genießen und freu dich, dass du das erleben kannst! x
