It was cold today, so I stepped out of the back door long enough to take a series of photos of the first object that caught my eye. These bells were purchased on a trip to Bahrain years ago, and hearing the bells ring brings me back to that time. Of the handful of photos I took, some showed more contrast with different backgrounds including a sunset, but I chose this one for the serenity of the moment it depicted.
A good choice -- the tree in the background provides more context than the one I had initially thought to post. And I like the feeling it conveys of how cold it was today -- the soft grays and taupes.
