In the summer, this pond is filled with red-winged blackbirds. But today, I was lucky to see amazing clouds change form orange to pink as the sun set. The clouds reminded me of ones you see in paintings in museums . . . and the foreground grass more like photography.
Funny thing about this is that those "hills" in the background are old garbage dumps. My friend who knows this place said, "You took a photo of the sludge pond at the garbage dump???"
Oh my gosh -- I can't believe this is from Costco -- it looks like you are in wetlands. I love the textures in the foreground and the way you've captured the sky. It was a beautiful sunset tonite.
