Fragile heart

I like to open books at random to recieve a message from whoever is looking out for me, knowing it will be relevant and edifying.
Here is today's passage---

so you know about this book. it's one of my all-time favourites. when i feel down, i read the parts where the masters speak. just last month, i was reading it (again).

rest and sleep do a whole lot for the mind and the body. i should get some, too. hope you feel better.

This stone or small boulder is interesting! We have larger ones here down the coast which are known as Moeraki Boulders and are quite unique. Draw in hundreds of tourists!
