tofu soup

I make my own tofu when i can get New Zealand grown non-GMO soya beans. It is a simple process, although it has many steps. Tastes nothing like the rubbery, stale stuff you buy in the supermarket,

I don't like the rubber from the supermarkt but don't actually know how it should tast. I don't like beans either so that could be an issue tasting your tofu...

We used to get fresh tofu from Gisborne market when we lived there. I agree it is excellent.
