Not uncommon, dear Kali: I spent a few days skiing on the Alps in the north of Italy: over 2500 m above sea level and all snow we had was artificially prepared with those snow cannons... At the same time in the south (Sicily, Puglia) snow was falling at sea level. I wished I was there to take pictures of the beaches covered in white! World is going really crazy
