another act of the demolishment

street shot that tells a story

I like this much more, Kali, don't know why, but the panorama format adds really something. And there is a melancholy that cannot be said in words.

That's one shot I want to take too,

The misty rain really suits the shot too.

Crunchy crunchy. Very noir.

That's great - with the human figure to lend perspective you can almost hear the beams falling.

This is beautiful Kali. I agree with Domenico, there is a melancholy to it - maybe nostalgia... this could have been taken long ago if it weren't for the hoodie :)

Definitely. It looks like quite a desolate scene.

What's going to go there instead?

@domenicododaro @josmith @dkbarnett @scotthouston @juliedduncan @kerosene thanks, i saw a thing about low angle photography the day before which influenced my pov choice, and the processing just suited being super grainy although i could have gone another way. there was bluish smoke too in the background

Lovely processing. Looks like they're building something big...

Terrific gritty scene.

The person add to the sense of loss.
January 28th, 2017
Nicely done! That's a story with a finite ending!

The mist and gray is evocative of sadness and loss. The lone figure in silhouette with his/her head hung low emphases the destruction. Great story shot. Fav!

This is a really intriguing shot - makes me want to know more
