@annied@carvl@floranhachez@northy its the biggest of his collection of water and nerf guns... ott! even without the exaggerated angle
i agree, it reminded me of child soldier photos. he was delighted with it.
@skippysue i never let my eldest play with guns, we didnt have a tv so he hadnt even seen guns, then he played with some other children who were pointing sticks and making shooting noises (he was about 4) and he took to it like a natural.and everything was then a gun .. vexed issue for sure
Love it. and i love how he's sucking his stomach in to make his chest pop out. Lol. My son is almost 30 and is still adding to his nerf gun collection. It doesn't mean he would ever shoot someone with a real gun. He's the sort of 'kid' who tries to rescue drowning bugs and stops traffic to escort baby ducks across the road
I don't think I you can stop children from playing with guns. I tried with my eldest son. Never bought him toy a gun....... he just made his own out of Lego. However, it's good to see young people in America shouting and demanding changes to their ridiculous gun laws. It seems some people are more keen to fight for their right to bear arms than they are to fight to protect the lives of their own children. It's a sad and complicated world we live in. :(
I'm so naïve I thought it was some kind of toy telescope - I was busy admiring the superhero display, and the lads 6 pack achievement. Then I started reading about the guns and saw this in a whole new light. My boys were not allowed toy guns - I think we had a small water gun amongst the collection once but that was it - until the video games arrived. The whole thing distresses me greatly.
@helenhall I also thought it was a telescope until I started reading the comments and looked more closely. Great angle and I can see how he would love this shot!

Not a fan of kids playing with guns of any sort.
