Cognac

Cognac is a paso-fino...stocky little horse with a quick gait. Today was a gorgeous sunny day - warmed up to -20C with no wind to speak of. I was outside for several hours taking pictures.

It was a gorgeous day....I didn't even wear my toque :) Amazing what a difference it can make....hopefully we are finally out of that deep freeze.

It probably warmed up as I was out there for several hours....by noon I had my mittens off....

Thank goodness he has that thick winter fur coat. Twenty below?? Yikes! He's a beauty!

@luvmynynix It was much colder than that....he and most of the rest of the horses all have thick winter fur coats. The others wear blankets. :)
