@yorkshirekiwi@windridge This was almost a drama infused experience. She had two cubs and had just caught a huge salmon. As mom was chowing down on the salmon, Cub A decided to catch himself one, but the river was flowing too hard and he started to get swept away. Momma dropped the salmon and started into the water to save him, but Cub B followed her and soon was in trouble too. Was horrible to watch, but in the end, Cub A made it to shore, and momma was clearly not TOO stressed. Cub B made it too. Looks like she was following closely and just trying to teach her Cubs survival skills.
