We have this huge oak tree in our backyard (estimated to be a couple hundred years old). Its trunk is huge, and if it ever comes down in our direction our little house would be in big trouble. But there’s a whole world up there in its branches…squirrels, all different kinds of birds, lizards, and who knows what else. And it has huge vines hanging down from the top that have been growing for so long their thickness make the younger versions growing around and on the fence look like strings.I decided to take a picture looking straight up the trunk for a different perspective!
