Sanganashkee Slough was an outflow river during the Ice Age and now it's part of the Cook County Forest Preserve. I was coming home from a friend's house and decided to stop for a few pictures. I think I have "reverse cabin fever" because I've been inside so much on account of the heat. There was a good breeze off the water and I'm glad I was out there for a little while. It's available for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. I took this from the accessible fishing area, we're looking almost straight west. Should it have been farther over to the left? I wasn't sure if I should point straight toward the sun. Any feedback or suggestions would be great! Thank you!
