Tree has new leaves!

This is a tree on the side of my building; I believe it is a crabapple. I was walking to the car and noticed tiny green leaves! Yay, a sign of spring! In a few weeks it should have flowers and I will try to get another picture of it then. This has been such a goofy winter with the cold and snow, I'm glad spring is showing up!
