The Flagg Creek Museum by kchuk

The Flagg Creek Museum

My village is called Indian Head Park, which is a suburb southwest of Chicago. Flagg Creek cuts right through, so we have the Flagg Creek Historical Society working to preserve the local history. This is our very own museum, which is at the park district. Over the summer they had murals painted on one whole side of the building and part of the two long sides. I stopped to look at them today (Tuesday, 4 November) when I went to vote. They turned out great! There was a dedication a few weeks ago, too. The museum has documents about the area and historic objects.
Looks great. And well done to the society to preserve your history :)
