In the B/W it looks very dramatic. It is a beautiful building, and the trees really set it off nicely, along with the beautiful white pillars. Very prestiges. In response to your question, it's really not that cold, it is just remaining a constant temp so the falls doesn't thaw. It has been in the low teens to low twenties for the last month or so.
