You know what is one very cool thing about this shot? is that the scale is a mystery. I assume it is small creek and smallish rocks. But if you glance to the bottom right, to that mossy part, and then the s urface of the pool at bottom and then look, it seems like a huge canyon with a river at the bottom and a huge waterfall...I can picture little heads of people swimming around in there. I love this! Fav!
I just read through on here, to see how you did this (long exposure, daylight)....the secret is the ND filter which I just bought on ebay last week, cant wait to try it now! fav

Also, it isn't necessarily a must. I would suggest going at evening-ish and/or looking for shade. Then make sure to use an f/22.
