ps the hand is probably too bright and prominent , stealing the attention, lovely catchlights in your eyes though

I somewhat agree with Kali but in toning down the hand you may lose that lovely skin tone all around. Your portraits are getting better and better. Gorgeous eyes you have.

Focus on the eyes - CHECK
Get some catchlights in the eyes - CHECK
Bend whatever you can bend - CHECK - your neck is tilted, fingers separated and curved. MAYBE bend the thumb at it's joint, but that's a pretty petty point. Ignore it.
