Out for Birthday dinner with Boy Child and head chef decided he wasn't done with Halloween, so he wore Pharaoh headdress on the line. Others demurred, as they should. Evening finished off with rousing version of Happy Birthday including cow bell. I know, you wish you were there, and you're right.
