Out of bed without much struggle
Though sleep is not what I know
Still, this day could be different
Make it so

Out of place in my own skin
I wonder at the how that things go
And wish to see the inner workings
So as to make it so

Darkness leads to sunrise
And wonder how it is that I forgo
Today on the way to some tomorrow
This must stop. I must make it so
