The quiet of the seasons
in reflection of the reasons
Repose;
Allow the moment flows

The tradition belies
the truth, before our eyes;
We will not be here
In another year

So I capture this linger;
The shadows I cannot place a finger
I will touch again
With you in mind, my friend

I wish for steadfast
Among the contrast
Of our busy ways
And, so, the Holidays

There is me
Always behind the tree
reaching
for that one last present

I wish that you will join me
If only in reflection
