1. The rain that fell upon our earth. It was a short sharp rain, but the smell of the wet earth and the sound of the rain drops landing on our roof, were very comforting.
2. Nature. Nothing is more refreshing and more rejuvinating for me than spending time out in nature. I love to feel the earth on my bare feet as it grounds me. I love the wind in my hair, the sun on my face and the sounds of birds and other animals in my ear, no other song is so sweet.
3. The food on our plates, the people at our table and the laughter in our dinning room.
