Forest Moss

I tried my hand at shooting some macros at Prince William Forest Park in the springlike weather today. The pathways were deep in mud. I tried walking along the edges of the trail, but still managed a spectacular fall. I was covered in mud, but, no worries, my camera is unscathed. Ha!

@ladymagpie My free mudbath, coupled with nearly hitting a large wild turkey that ran in front of my car on the way out of the park, made my trip top notch. I should have thought to take a photo while sprawled on the ground, but, alas, I was blocking the path and thought it best to move along. ;)
