I found these at the Manassas Battlefield today in the tremendous heat. They appear to thrive in hot weather.

This past week included some of the hottest days we had all summer. Thankfully, a storm came through last night and this week will be much more pleasant. Highs expected next Saturday in the low 70s. Cannot wait.
