Fresh dried flavor

Sealing in the flavor so we have oregano all winter long. I dried a bunch of oregano before the frost takes any of the leaves.
Not only is this photographically enticing, I immediately went outside to check whether my oreganos had been frost ruined yet -- and they haven't! So What did you do? Did you use a dehydrator? My new toaster oven has that setting but I haven't used it. Your dishes are perfect for this photo, and your staging works so well with scattered stems and the ready-to-be-filled bottle. Waiting for directions --

@jyokota, I have a dehydrator and can try several trays at once. It took most of the day (probably about 12 hours) at 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

@kimhearn My toaster oven has a low dehydrator setting but I dint think it's quite that low. But I'm going to try it anyway today!! Thanks for tip.

I posted my feeble attempt: https://365project.org/jyokota/365/2020-11-30
Thanks for sharing how to do this.
And now the oregano outside is all frozen! Is it too late to repeat the process? Do you know about frozen sage? Anything I can do with it?

I haven't grown sage, but I found a post saying you can leave it frozen until you want to use it, https://www.hgtv.com/outdoors/gardens/garden-to-table/4-ways-to-freeze-fresh-herbs.
