I was hoping for a really special photo today, being 111111. Today was all about the snow! But somehow I managed to take a picture of raindrops. I spent the day driving with the kids. We drove over the Kootenay pass, which is 1775m, and it was snowing hard. But of course I couldn't stop on the way to take a photo. I stopped at the bottom and this is what I got. Back in Rossland and it's a winter wonderland. But I had 3 kids to attend to and by the time they were sorted out the light had pretty much gone. It's dark by 5pm here thesedays. So here we have it, a raindrop shot for today. I did like the colours of the leaves in the background but I wished I'd used a slightly higher aperture to photograph this. Oh well :)
