Getting ready for the grape harvest in Marlborough. I love the imagery of the 'veils' leading towards the Wither hills and protecting the potential of the wine to come - a classic view of Marlborough in the summer. Can almost taste the world famous Sauvignon Blanc wine already! waiting, waiting, waiting... All will soon be revealed.
@johnfalconer thanks John - I am sure this image can be improved with better lighting and DOF but have been keen to capture this stage of the grapes growing and almost ready for harvest. No doubt I will have to re-capture the image as the ripening progresses!
